Grambling State Assistant Professor in Computer Science and Digital Technologies, Vasanth Iyer, uses his CS 236/Artificial Intelligence course to ensure students learn how to create a better world safely. This course is a computer science elective, but he feels that AI will become a bigger part of GSU's curriculum in the future, and he wants students to understand the dangers of misusing the software. “The goal should be a harmonious existence where AI serves as a tool that enhances human potential and creativity, not replace it,” Iyer said.
